• Logistics and fulfillment for physical card delivery

We continuously innovate and may modify our offerings. Discontinuation of services will be announced with reasonable notice.

👤 User Responsibilities

As a FirstTap user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information during registration and card design
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not use FirstTap for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Not violate intellectual property rights or third-party rights
• Not engage in harassment, spam, or abusive behavior
• Not reverse-engineer or attempt to exploit our platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

💳 Order & Payment Terms

• Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to FirstTap acceptance and availability
• Pricing: Prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Changes require new quote acceptance
• Payment Terms: Payment is due in full before production begins, unless credit terms are arranged
• Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery is 7-14 business days. Rush options available for additional fees
• Order Changes: Changes to confirmed orders may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• FirstTap is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered
• You assume all risks associated with use of our platform and services
