✅ Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your FirstTap NFC cards. Refunds are available under these conditions:
- Order Not Yet Printed: 100% refund if requested within 24 hours and production hasn't started
- Quality Issues: Full refund for damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed cards upon return
- Non-Receipt: Full refund if cards are lost in transit (with insurance claim)
- Design Errors: Reprinting at no cost if we make design mistakes; refund available if you reject reprint
- Beyond 24 Hours: Custom orders cannot be refunded after production begins unless defective
📋 How to Request a Refund
Step 1
Contact our support team at refunds@firsttap.in with your order number
Step 2
Provide reason for refund and attach photos if it's a quality issue
Step 3
We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days
Step 4
If approved, return shipping label will be provided (we cover return shipping)
Step 5
Once received and inspected, refund processes to original payment method
⏱️ Refund Timeline
- Refund Approval: Within 2 business days of request submission
- Return Shipping: We provide prepaid return label; allow 5-7 business days for return
- Quality Inspection: We inspect returned items within 3 business days
- Refund Processing: Credit card refunds process in 5-7 business days; bank transfers in 7-10 days
- Total Timeline: Average 15-21 days from approval to your account
❌ Order Cancellation
- Before Design Approval: Free cancellation anytime before you approve final design
- Within 24 Hours of Approval: 100% refund if production hasn't started
- After 24 Hours: 50% restocking fee applies; remaining amount refunded
- After Printing: No cancellation available; cards will be shipped as ordered
- Deposit Orders: Deposit is non-refundable; balance refunded if cancelled before production
